Most of our captains are bilingual, natives from the Caribbean.

Chefs:
Each Cook has his own style and specialty menu to satisfies your adventure taste. Week charters don't include meals, and/or a cook. We make arrangements for the taxi driver to take you shopping to provision your boat. Or we bring one of our crew/cooks with us, he/she will take care of provisioning the boat for you, so you can sit down and relax. More than 85% of our Chefs have at least 3 years of experience and are certified from a prestigious Culinary Art School in Puerto Rico or the USA.



Cada cocinero tiene su propio estilo y menú de especialidades para satisfacer su aventurero gusto. Los viajes de una semana o mas dias, no incluyen comidas, y/o cocinero. Hacemos arreglos para que el taxista lo lleve a comprar sus provisiones.  O podemos contratar unos de nuestros tripulante/cocinero. El se encarga de hacer la compra y la acomoda en la embarcacion para que usted pueda disfrutar de las vacaciones sin ninguna preoccupation. Nuestors chef tienen por lo menos 3 años de experiencia y están certificados en escuelas de Arte Culinaria en USA o Puerto RIco.
